In 2024 the Greater Wayne Area branch was pleased to award three $3500 scholarships to women over age 25 returning to college to attain their first bachelor’s degree. 

The recipients were Oscaterin Bautista, a student at Montclair University majoring in Child Advocacy and Public Policy, Lakai Thompson, a music major at William Paterson University and Erica Williams, a nursing student at Felician University.
